As an Account Executive at SIROCCO, you'll be at the forefront of this revolution, helping organizations transform their hiring processes while making career success accessible to all. You'll work with early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies, showcasing how our AI-powered platform can reduce time-to-hire by 60% while eliminating bias and improving candidate quality.

Aufgaben

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close for mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities using our AI-powered recruitment intelligence
  • Conduct product demonstrations showcasing JobInterview.live's hyper-realistic AI avatars and intelligent screening
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and drive product adoption
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and influence roadmap
  • Develop deep expertise in AI-powered recruitment technology and interview preparation methodologies
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets while maintaining high win rates
  • Build relationships with HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, and C-suite executives

Anforderungen

  • 3-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with demonstrated quota achievement
  • Experience selling to HR/TA leaders or similar personas in mid-market and enterprise segments
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment/talent acquisition space and its challenges
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Consultative selling approach with emphasis on value creation and ROI
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and data-driven approach to sales
