As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the trusted advisor to our customers, helping them maximize value from our AI-powered platform. You'll work with HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, and hiring managers to drive adoption, reduce time-to-hire by 60%, and demonstrate clear ROI. This is a high-impact role where you'll combine technical product expertise (AI avatars, intelligent ATS, explainability layer) with strategic consultation to drive customer outcomes and revenue growth.

Aufgaben

  • Own customer relationships post-sale and drive product adoption across user base
  • Develop success plans aligned with customer business objectives and KPIs
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews showcasing ROI, usage metrics, and optimization opportunities
  • Identify expansion opportunities and work with Sales on upsells and renewals
  • Serve as product expert and advocate, training customers on best practices
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risk/churn signals
  • Collaborate with Product team on feedback, feature requests, and product roadmap
  • Build playbooks, resources, and best practices for customer success at scale

Anforderungen

  • 3-5 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in B2B SaaS
  • Track record of high retention rates (95%+) and NRR expansion (110%+)
  • Experience working with HR/TA personas and understanding recruitment workflows
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
  • Consultative approach with focus on business outcomes and value realization
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing usage data and identifying insights
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced startup environment
