As CSM for Agents, you'll specialize in our most sophisticated offering: AI recruitment agents that conduct automated interviews, screen candidates, and provide intelligent insights. You'll work with forward-thinking companies implementing AI agents into their hiring workflows. This requires deep technical knowledge of our AI stack, understanding of AI ethics and explainability, and ability to consult on change management as organizations adopt AI-powered hiring. Aufgaben
- Own customer success for accounts using AI agent features and advanced automation
- Serve as subject matter expert on AI agents, helping customers design optimal workflows
- Drive adoption of sophisticated features (AI explainability, intelligent screening, avatar interviews)
- Consult on change management as organizations transition to AI-powered hiring
- Monitor AI agent performance metrics and optimize for customer outcomes
- Partner with Machine Learning team on model performance and customer feedback
- Build best practices documentation and training materials for AI agent customers
- Identify opportunities for customers to expand into additional AI agent use cases
Anforderungen
- 4-6 years Customer Success experience with technical/enterprise products
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand AI/ML concepts
- Experience with complex implementations and change management
- Consultative approach with ability to map technology to business outcomes
- Excellent at translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Data analysis skills to evaluate AI performance and customer metrics
- Comfort working with ambiguity in emerging AI product category
