As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll target Fortune 500 companies and large enterprises, helping them transform their talent acquisition strategies. You'll sell not just a product, but a vision: reducing hiring costs by 60% while improving candidate quality and eliminating bias through AI-powered interviews and intelligent screening. We're backed by strong fundamentals (growing platform with 3,000+ mock interviews conducted) and expanding rapidly across DACH region, North America, and Europe. Aufgaben

  • Drive enterprise sales ($100K+ ACV) targeting Fortune 500 and large organizations
  • Develop and execute account-based strategies for target enterprise accounts
  • Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (C-suite, HR, TA, Legal, IT)
  • Build executive relationships and champion status within accounts
  • Lead contract negotiations and close complex deals with extended sales cycles
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering to design custom implementations and POCs
  • Collaborate with Marketing on account-based marketing campaigns and thought leadership
  • Forecast accurately and maintain detailed opportunity management in CRM

Anforderungen

  • 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience with $1M+ annual quota
  • Proven track record selling to Fortune 500 and large enterprises
  • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6-12+ months)
  • Deep understanding of HR tech ecosystem and talent acquisition challenges at scale
  • Strong executive presence with ability to engage C-suite decision makers
  • Consultative selling approach focused on business transformation and ROI
  • Experience with enterprise contract negotiations and legal/procurement processes
