Aufgaben

• Own implementation plans from kickoff through launch, adoption, and handoff to customer success.
• Configure or coordinate assessment campaigns, candidate communications, reporting setup, and integration requirements.
• Manage customer stakeholders across HR, talent acquisition, operations, IT, legal, and leadership.
• Track implementation risks, blockers, timeline, usage, completion, and customer feedback.
• Document repeatable playbooks, launch templates, and implementation checklists.
• Feed product and process improvements back to Engineering, Science, Sales, and Customer Success.

Anforderungen

• 3+ years in implementation, project management, customer success, consulting, HR operations, or B2B SaaS delivery.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Comfort working with enterprise customers and structured onboarding plans.
• French and English fluency. Arabic or German is a plus.
• Interest in AI, HR tech, assessment, change management, and customer outcomes.
• Ability to turn ambiguous customer needs into clear actions and owners.
