As Product Designer, you'll be the founding design hire and shape the visual and interaction design language of JobInterview.live as we scale to millions of users. You'll design intuitive, delightful experiences that make cutting-edge AI technology feel approachable and human. From crafting the AI avatar interview interface with <300ms real-time interactions, to designing the CV builder that helps job seekers present their best selves, to creating data visualizations that make AI explainability transparent - you'll own the end-to-end user experience. This is a rare opportunity to define design at an AI-first company, work on challenging design problems (How do you design trust in AI? How do you make automated interviews feel human?), and democratize access to career coaching that traditionally costs $200-$500/hour. Aufgaben
- Own end-to-end product design across web, mobile, and AI avatar interfaces
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features
- Design interaction patterns for real-time AI conversations and avatar interviews
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design system and component library
- Conduct user research through interviews, usability testing, and data analysis
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Partner with Product on feature scoping, prioritization, and roadmap
- Design data visualizations for AI explainability (SHAP values, interview feedback)
- Create marketing materials, pitch decks, and brand assets as needed
- Establish design culture, processes, and best practices as founding designer
Anforderungen
- 5-8 years product design experience at tech companies or design agencies
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and UX thinking
- Expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience designing complex SaaS products with multiple user types
- Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and rationale
- Self-directed with ability to own projects from concept to launch
- Passion for AI and creating human-centered AI experiences
