• Create blog posts, guides, landing pages, case studies, comparison pages, newsletters, and thought-leadership assets.
• Own content around EU AI Act updates, AI hiring fraud, psychometric validation, assessment passports, and multilingual hiring.
• Work with product marketing to support launches, sales enablement, and committee-review materials.
• Improve SEO and AI-search visibility with structured, server-rendered, well-sourced content.
• Interview customers, candidates, partners, and internal experts to turn product work into proof.
• Measure content performance and connect content to pipeline, signups, completions, and sales conversations.

Anforderungen

• 3+ years in content marketing, B2B writing, journalism, technical writing, or startup marketing.
• Excellent French and English writing skills.
• Ability to explain AI, legal, HR, or technical topics accurately without overclaiming.
• SEO fundamentals and comfort using analytics to improve content performance.
• Strong editorial judgment, research habits, and attention to evidence.
• Interest in AI, hiring, assessment, career development, and European or MENA markets.
