Aufgaben
- Own messaging, positioning, launch plans, website copy, sales decks, battlecards, and enablement for ASSESS and Passport.
- Turn technical artifacts into buyer-ready materials: science process, technical manual excerpts, DIF outputs, Annex IV pack, Override Ledger, and transparency record.
- Build competitive narratives against Maki, HireVue, Sapia, TestGorilla, Talview, and HCM suites.
- Partner with Sales and CS on discovery scripts, demo paths, objection handling, and customer proof.
- Translate market research into product feedback and roadmap input.
- Support fundraise materials with accurate, diligence-resistant claims.
Anforderungen
- 3+ years in product marketing, content strategy, founder associate, sales enablement, or B2B SaaS marketing.
- Strong writing and ability to explain technical products without hype.
- Experience with competitive positioning, launches, sales materials, and customer proof.
- Comfort working with AI, data, compliance, or complex B2B products.
- French and English fluency. Arabic or German is a plus.
- Careful judgment around claims, evidence, and regulated-market messaging.
