BDR Manager

About This Role

Responsibilities

• Own BDR hiring, ramp, coaching, account allocation, messaging, sequences, meeting quality, and performance cadence.
• Build outbound playbooks for enterprise HR, BPO, IT services, recruitment agencies, education, and regulated hiring buyers.
• Use AI tools for account research, persona mapping, personalization, call review, and rep enablement.
• Partner with Demand Generation, Sales, and RevOps on pipeline targets, conversion, and forecast.
• Run weekly one-on-ones, call reviews, sequence reviews, and dashboard inspections.
• Lead from the front by prospecting and booking strategic meetings yourself when needed.

Requirements

• 4+ years in B2B sales development or business development, including team lead or manager experience.
• Track record carrying a number and helping others hit theirs.
• Experience prospecting into complex buying committees or multi-persona accounts.
• Strong writing, calling, coaching, forecasting, and pipeline-math skills.
• Practical AI mindset and curiosity about building a modern outbound motion.
• French and English fluency. Arabic or German is a plus.
