About This Role

Responsibilities

• Plan and run growth experiments across SEO, paid, outbound support, lifecycle, partnerships, events, and content distribution.
• Generate qualified pipeline with clear attribution and tight feedback loops with BDR and AE motions.
• Build lead magnets such as ROI calculators, committee-review kits, candidate feedback pages, and assessment trust content.
• Improve conversion from /opportunities, /assess, /career-fit, and campaign landing pages.
• Use AI tools for research, campaign production, personalization, rep enablement, and performance analysis.
• Report weekly on experiments shipped, pipeline created, learning, and next actions.

Requirements

• 2+ years in growth, demand generation, founder associate, B2B marketing, or early GTM roles.
• Track record shipping campaigns or experiments with measurable acquisition or pipeline impact.
• Analytical and creative, with comfort moving from idea to live campaign quickly.
• Strong writing and positioning skills in French and English.
• Interest in AI, HR tech, assessment, compliance, or future-of-work markets.
• Autonomy and comfort operating with limited process in an early team.
