Revenue Operations Lead

About This Role

Responsibilities

• Own CRM configuration, lifecycle stages, pipeline reporting, attribution, routing, and handoff processes.
• Build operating dashboards for sales, marketing, CS, support, and founder-level reporting.
• Support campaign tracking across paid, content, events, outbound, partner, and product-led surfaces.
• Create data discipline around source, segment, persona, conversion, revenue, and customer health.
• Evaluate and implement practical tooling for enrichment, sequencing, automation, and reporting.
• Partner with finance and leadership on forecasting, targets, compensation inputs, and board-ready metrics.

Requirements

• 4+ years in RevOps, SalesOps, MarketingOps, BizOps, consulting, or SaaS operations.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort owning messy operational data.
• Experience with CRM, automation, reporting, and GTM process design.
• Ability to work hands-on without waiting for a large team or mature stack.
• Strong written communication and ability to make metrics understandable.
• Interest in AI-native operations and early-stage GTM systems.
