Software Engineer

About This Role

Responsibilities

• Build production features across Next.js, React, TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and AI service integrations.
• Develop assessment campaign flows, candidate experiences, manager decision views, and application workflows.
• Integrate LLM, voice, avatar, storage, search, analytics, and ATS provider services into reliable product surfaces.
• Instrument features with logs, metrics, error tracking, and audit trails that support regulated hiring use cases.
• Collaborate directly with product, science, and customer-facing work to turn enterprise feedback into shipped product.
• Keep implementation pragmatic: fast iteration, small surface area, and clean ownership boundaries.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience shipping production web applications.
• Strong TypeScript and React fundamentals, with comfort owning backend code and data models.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Prisma or another ORM, server-side APIs, and cloud deployment.
• Practical interest in LLMs, voice AI, agent workflows, or AI evaluation.
• Ability to reason about privacy, auditability, and failure modes in user-facing AI systems.
• Clear written communication and autonomy in a small, fast-moving team.
