SIROCCO is transforming career preparation and recruitment through AI. As Community & Events Lead, you'll build vibrant communities around JobInterview.live and position SIROCCO as the thought leader in AI-powered hiring.
You'll create experiences that connect job seekers, HR professionals, and industry leaders - from virtual career fairs to in-person meetups to large-scale conferences. You'll tell our story of democratizing access to elite career coaching (reducing costs from $200-$500/hour → accessible to everyone) and showcase how AI can eliminate bias while improving hiring outcomes.
This is a high-visibility role where you'll shape our brand, build community, and drive awareness in DACH region, North America, and beyond.
المسؤوليات
- Design and execute community strategy to engage job seekers, HR professionals, and talent leaders
- Plan and execute events (virtual and in-person) including webinars, workshops, conferences
- Build online communities across platforms (LinkedIn, Discord, Slack, forums)
- Partner with Marketing on content creation from community insights and event programming
- Develop relationships with industry influencers, HR leaders, and career coaches
- Create community engagement programs (ambassador programs, user groups, etc.)
- Measure community health and event ROI through data and feedback
- Represent SIROCCO at industry conferences and recruitment events
المتطلبات
- 4-6 years experience in community building, event marketing, or similar role
- Track record planning and executing successful events (both virtual and in-person)
- Strong understanding of community dynamics and engagement strategies
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Project management expertise to juggle multiple events and programs
- Creative thinker with ability to design memorable, brand-aligned experiences
- Comfort with metrics and data-driven optimization
