SIROCCO is revolutionizing interview preparation and recruitment with AI. As Growth Marketer, you'll be responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, and revenue growth through data-driven experiments and creative marketing campaigns. You'll own our growth funnel - from first touchpoint to converting paid customers. You'll run experiments across channels (SEO, paid, content, email, partnerships), optimize conversion rates, and find scalable growth levers. This requires combining analytical rigor with creative marketing and deep understanding of our dual-sided platform (job seekers + employers). Join us in democratizing access to career coaching (reducing costs from $200-$500/hour → accessible pricing) and building a category-defining AI company in the $200B+ recruitment market.

- Own growth metrics (user acquisition, activation, conversion, revenue) and hit aggressive targets
- Design and execute growth experiments across channels to find scalable levers
- Optimize conversion funnels using data, A/B testing, and user research
- Manage paid acquisition channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) and optimize CAC/LTV
- Build content and SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and conversions
- Partner with Product on growth features, onboarding flows, and viral loops
- Develop email/lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive engagement and retention
- Analyze data to identify opportunities and build growth forecasts
المتطلبات
- 3-5 years growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS or B2C tech
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Experience running experiments and optimizing funnels using data
- Hands-on expertise with paid acquisition channels and marketing ops tools
- Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and organic growth strategies
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and bias for experimentation
- Excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders
