SIROCCO is building the future of interview preparation and recruitment through AI. As Revenue Operations Lead, you'll be the architect of our go-to-market engine, enabling sales, marketing, and customer success to scale efficiently.
You'll own the revenue tech stack, forecasting, and analytics that power data-driven decision making. This is a high-impact role reporting to the CEO/CRO where you'll shape processes and systems as we scale from early traction to market leadership.
Join us in democratizing access to career coaching (traditional coaching costs $200-$500/hour → we make it accessible to everyone) while building world-class revenue operations at an AI-first company.
المسؤوليات
- Own the revenue tech stack (CRM, sales engagement, analytics, etc.) and drive optimization
- Build and maintain sales forecasting models and pipeline analytics
- Design and implement sales processes, playbooks, and enablement programs
- Partner with Finance on revenue recognition, bookings, and financial planning
- Create dashboards and reporting to track key metrics (pipeline, conversion, CAC, LTV)
- Lead territory planning, quota setting, and comp plan design
- Drive data quality and CRM hygiene across the revenue organization
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement automation/improvement initiatives
المتطلبات
- 4-6 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar analytical role
- Deep expertise with modern revenue tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to build complex models and derive insights
- Experience scaling sales operations in high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Project management skills with ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
- SQL proficiency and comfort with data analysis tools
