Join SIROCCO in transforming the $200B+ recruitment market through AI. As Sales Strategy & Operations Lead, you'll be the strategic partner to sales leadership, driving go-to-market strategy, market expansion, and operational excellence.

You'll combine strategic thinking with operational execution, helping us scale from early growth to market leadership. This role requires someone who can think big picture (which markets to enter, how to position against competitors) while getting hands-on with process design and execution.

We're democratizing access to career coaching through AI-powered interview preparation (JobInterview.live) and need a strategic operator to help us win in DACH, North America, and beyond.

المسؤوليات

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for new markets and customer segments
  • Lead strategic initiatives including pricing, packaging, and market expansion
  • Build competitive intelligence program and track market trends/competitive positioning
  • Partner with Sales leadership on territory planning, capacity modeling, and hiring plans
  • Design and implement sales compensation plans, quota models, and incentive structures
  • Create business cases for new market entry, product launches, and strategic investments
  • Own strategic planning cycles including annual planning, QBRs, and board reporting
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to scale sales efficiency

المتطلبات

  • 5-7 years in Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, or similar strategic role
  • Strong strategic thinking with ability to develop market entry and expansion strategies
  • Experience with GTM strategy in B2B SaaS, preferably HR tech or AI
  • Analytical rigor with ability to build complex financial and operational models
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
  • Project management expertise to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives
  • MBA from top-tier program or equivalent experience
