المسؤوليات

• Own outbound, inbound, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close for mid-market accounts.
• Build practical use cases for call centers, BPOs, IT services, agencies, education providers, and high-volume hiring teams.
• Work with Customer Success to convert pilots into paid deployments and expansion opportunities.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline discipline, and clear next steps on every opportunity.
• Feed market objections and pricing signals back into product and founder decisions.
• Support partner and reseller motions where SIROCCO enters through an existing HR or training relationship.

المتطلبات

• 3+ years in B2B sales, business development, recruitment services, HR tech, or SaaS.
• Strong consultative selling skills and comfort with product demos.
• French and Arabic fluency, with professional English.
• Ability to sell to founders, HR leaders, operations managers, and institutional partners.
• Interest in AI, recruiting, assessment, and the future of work.
• High ownership, resilience, and discipline in an early commercial team.
