المسؤوليات

• Plan and run webinars, meetups, workshops, partner events, campus activations, and HR roundtables.
• Build community programs around Career Fit, interview prep, AI hiring literacy, and assessment trust.
• Coordinate event follow-up with growth, BDR, sales, and customer success.
• Represent SIROCCO in startup, HR, education, and AI ecosystems.
• Source candidate stories and customer feedback for product, content, and fundraise materials.
• Create repeatable event playbooks and measure attendance, conversion, pipeline, and candidate acquisition.

المتطلبات

• 2+ years in community, events, partnerships, marketing, education, talent, or ecosystem-building roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• French and English fluency. Arabic is strongly preferred.
• Comfort hosting sessions, managing partners, and turning events into measurable follow-up.
• Interest in AI, hiring, careers, education, and startup ecosystems.
• Practical, hands-on approach with strong follow-through.
