المسؤوليات

  • Own enterprise pipeline from discovery through close, including complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Sell to CHROs, talent acquisition leaders, HR operations, legal, IT, AI governance, and business leaders.
  • Run consultative discovery around hiring quality, time-to-hire, fairness, compliance, fraud risk, and candidate experience.
  • Lead demos, business cases, pilots, RFPs, procurement, and executive alignment.
  • Partner with the founder on positioning, pricing, sales process, and market feedback.
  • Help turn early customer wins into repeatable sales plays for France, Tunisia, broader MENA, and DACH.

المتطلبات

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales with a strong individual closing record.
  • Experience selling complex products into HR, talent acquisition, legal, operations, IT, or enterprise leadership.
  • Comfort educating the market on AI, compliance, and new-category products.
  • Strong pipeline discipline, discovery, follow-through, forecasting, and deal strategy.
  • French and English fluency. Arabic or German is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work directly with founders and build the sales motion, not just run an inherited playbook.
