المسؤوليات

• Own product strategy, roadmap, discovery, and delivery for ASSESS, Passport, and opportunities workflows.
• Translate market report priorities into sequenced product bets with clear acceptance criteria.
• Work with engineering and science to make psychometric depth understandable to recruiters, candidates, and buyers.
• Run customer discovery with HR leaders, recruiters, candidates, resellers, and design partners.
• Define metrics for activation, completion, calibration data, assessment adoption, and employer conversion.
• Create the operating cadence for product decisions in a small founder-led team.

المتطلبات

• 5+ years in product management, founder, operator, or senior product strategy roles.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, marketplaces, HR tech, assessment, AI products, or workflow products.
• Strong ability to simplify complex systems into product experiences customers can understand.
• Comfort using data, qualitative research, and founder judgment together.
• Excellent written communication and crisp prioritization under constraints.
• High ownership and appetite for building a product organization from the ground up.
