المسؤوليات

• Define ICP, segmentation, target account lists, territory logic, and account prioritization.
• Build dashboards for meetings, opportunities, pipeline, conversion, source attribution, and forecast accuracy.
• Partner with Sales, Demand Generation, BDR, and Customer Success on weekly operating cadence.
• Own CRM hygiene, sales process documentation, tooling, data quality, and reporting.
• Support pricing experiments, pilot packaging, partner motions, and board or investor pipeline updates.
• Identify bottlenecks and turn them into practical process or tooling improvements.

المتطلبات

• 4+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, strategy, analytics, consulting, or B2B SaaS GTM.
• Strong spreadsheet, CRM, analytics, pipeline math, and process design skills.
• Experience supporting founder-led or early-stage sales teams.
• Comfort working across sales, marketing, CS, product, and finance contexts.
• Practical AI mindset for automating research, reporting, enrichment, and enablement workflows.
• Clear communication and high accountability around numbers.
