As Content Marketing Manager, you'll be the storyteller and thought leader who positions SIROCCO and JobInterview.live as the category-defining platform in AI-powered recruitment. You'll create compelling content that educates, inspires, and converts - from blog posts explaining how AI can eliminate hiring bias, to case studies showcasing 60% time-to-hire reductions, to guides teaching the STAR method for interviews. You'll build our SEO strategy, manage our content calendar, and establish SIROCCO as the go-to resource for anyone interested in AI-powered hiring and career development. This is a high-impact role where your words will reach millions of job seekers and thousands of HR professionals. You'll work at the intersection of AI technology, career coaching, and recruitment - helping people understand how AI can make career success accessible to everyone, not just those who can afford $200-$500/hour professional coaching.
Responsabilités
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategy across blog, guides, case studies, and multimedia
- Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content that drives organic traffic and conversions
- Build thought leadership through whitepapers, research reports, and industry analysis
- Manage editorial calendar and coordinate with design, product, and marketing teams
- Write customer success stories and case studies showcasing ROI and impact
- Develop content for product launches, feature announcements, and company milestones
- Optimize content funnel from awareness to conversion using data and A/B testing
- Build and manage relationships with guest contributors, industry experts, and partners
- Create email campaigns, newsletters, and nurture sequences
- Establish content distribution strategy across social, PR, partnerships, and paid channels
Exigences
- 5-7 years content marketing experience in B2B SaaS or tech companies
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with portfolio of published work
- Strong SEO knowledge and experience driving organic growth through content
- Data-driven approach using analytics to measure and optimize content performance
- Experience with content management systems, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and analytics
- Understanding of B2B buyer journey and content marketing funnels
- Excellent project management skills to juggle multiple content streams
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts (AI/ML) into accessible content
