Our Story
JobInterview was founded in 2025 by a team of recruitment professionals and AI researchers who saw firsthand the challenges in traditional hiring processes. Inconsistent interviews, scheduling conflicts, and unconscious bias were preventing companies from finding the best talent.
We combined our expertise in artificial intelligence, psychometrics, and human resources to build a full-stack talent platform: SIROCCO Assess (validated psychometric assessment with HEXACO, IRT 2PL, and SJT), AI interview coaching (avatar and voice), a complete ATS pipeline, and CV tools. Our technology gives candidates 24/7 access to world-class preparation while giving employers validated, explainable candidate profiles.
Today, we serve organizations across DACH and MENA markets, operating a production-ready assessment platform with a 202-item validated item bank, 34+ ATS integrations, and EU AI Act compliance. Our commitment to psychometric rigor, transparency, and accessibility drives everything we do.

Omar Cherif
Founder & CEO
Pioneer in AI agents, hyper-realistic avatars, and intelligent automation systems
Omar is a serial entrepreneur and full-stack engineer with over two decades building at the intersection of artificial intelligence and human-computer interaction. After founding multiple ventures across Hong Kong, Paris, and Switzerland (including Tianit and Moonsplit), he developed expertise in e-learning platforms, serious games, and data science for Fortune 500 companies like SFR, Allianz, and La Banque Postale. His work in Robotic Process Automation and machine learning at SFR laid the foundation for his current focus: autonomous AI agents.
In 2023, Omar founded SIROCCO.ai, specializing in AI agents, hyperautomation, and intelligent systems that transform how businesses operate. In 2025, he launched three groundbreaking platforms: Talk.fr (enterprise conversational AI), J'apprends.com (adaptive learning powered by AI), and JobInterview.live (full-stack AI talent platform: psychometric assessment, interview coaching, and ATS). Each platform leverages cutting-edge AI to solve real human challenges: from hiring to learning to customer engagement.

From writing his first code at age 10 to architecting multi-agent systems today, his vision remains constant: intelligent systems should amplify human potential, not replace it.
