Our mission is to make professional talent assessment and hiring more accessible, fair, and efficient through psychometric workflows, voice interview coaching, recruiter operations, and ATS connectivity.
Our Story
JobInterview was founded in 2025 by a team of recruitment professionals and AI researchers who saw firsthand the challenges in traditional hiring processes. Inconsistent interviews, scheduling conflicts, and unconscious bias were preventing companies from finding the best talent.
We combined artificial intelligence, psychometrics, and human-resources engineering to build Jobinterview ASSESS, interview coaching, applicant-tracking workflows, and CV tools. The platform provides structured assessment outputs, explanation views, and human-review controls while disclosing evidence limits.
Today, the production platform contains 605 assessment items and 18 active published definitions, plus an ATS and HRIS provider catalog. Empirical calibration, fairness evidence, live customer connections, and legal conformity remain specific to each instrument and deployment.

Founder and full-stack engineer focused on AI agents, human-computer interaction, and intelligent automation
Omar is a serial entrepreneur and full-stack engineer with over two decades of experience at the intersection of artificial intelligence and human-computer interaction. His background includes e-learning platforms, serious games, enterprise data projects, robotic process automation, and machine learning.
In 2023, Omar founded SIROCCO.ai, focused on AI agents, automation, and intelligent systems. In 2025, he launched JobInterview.live, bringing interview practice, candidate tools, assessment workflows, and recruiter operations into one multilingual platform. His work focuses on useful, reviewable AI systems for hiring, learning, and customer workflows.
For Omar, AI avatars and autonomous agents aren't futuristic concepts. They're the natural evolution of his lifelong obsession with creating technology that serves humanity. From writing his first code at age 10 to architecting multi-agent systems today, his vision remains constant: intelligent systems should amplify human potential, not replace it.
