To use JobInterview, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws or regulations

When you create an account with JobInterview, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, JobInterview grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for your internal business purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our platform
• Use our services to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices from our services

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of our services
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
• Collecting or harvesting personal information of other users
• Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our services without permission

By purchasing a subscription or services from JobInterview, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan, plus applicable taxes
• Provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
• Automatic renewal of subscriptions unless cancelled before the renewal date
• No refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by law

JobInterview provides its services on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no warranties or representations about:

• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of our services or content
• The services being uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using our services meeting your requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobInterview shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to JobInterview in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity

All content, features, and functionality of JobInterview's services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of JobInterview and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that:

• We retain all rights, title, and interest in our services and technology
• You retain ownership of content you upload (CVs, profile information)
• You grant us a license to use your content solely to provide our services

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
