Building Architects (Hochbauarchitekten) design residential, commercial, and institutional buildings in Germany, leading projects from concept design through planning permission, tender management, and construction supervision in accordance with German building regulations (LBO), DIN standards, and Bauordnungsrecht. They are licensed members of Architektenkammern (state architect chambers) and coordinate structural, MEP, and specialist consultants.
