Smart City Project Manager

Smart City Project Managers lead the planning and delivery of integrated digital infrastructure, mobility, utilities, and citizen services projects within MENA smart city initiatives including NEOM, Masdar City, Lusail City, and Egypt's New Administrative Capital. They coordinate technology vendors, government stakeholders, engineering consultants, and urban planners to deploy smart city platforms covering connectivity, data analytics, AI-powered services, and sustainable infrastructure. MENA is the world's largest smart city investment market with hundreds of billions committed through Vision 2030 and UAE 2031 strategies.
