Sourcing Manager

Sourcing Managers identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for specific categories of goods and services, conducting competitive tendering, negotiating commercial terms, and managing the transition from incumbent to new suppliers to deliver cost savings, quality improvement, and supply chain resilience improvements. They apply category management principles, conduct supplier market assessments, and manage supplier relationships during sourcing transitions. Manufacturing, retail, and public sector organizations with significant third-party spend are primary employers.
