AI Ethics Specialists ensure that AI systems are developed and deployed responsibly, auditing models for bias, fairness, transparency, and regulatory compliance including the EU AI Act. They collaborate with legal, product, and engineering teams to embed ethical guardrails into development lifecycles. This role has grown significantly since the EU AI Act enforcement began.
