AI Trainer and RLHF Specialist

AI Trainers and RLHF Specialists design and execute human feedback collection processes that improve the alignment, safety, and capability of AI models through Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback. They create evaluation rubrics, train and manage annotator teams, develop reward modeling datasets, and analyze model behavior to identify areas for improvement. This specialized role is central to the post-training pipeline at major AI labs and fine-tuning service providers.
