Community Mental Health Worker

Community Mental Health Workers provide outreach, case management, peer support, and psychosocial rehabilitation services to individuals with serious mental illness living in community settings, helping clients navigate housing, benefits, employment, and healthcare systems while supporting recovery and community integration. They often have lived experience with mental health challenges and serve as a bridge between clinical services and peer support. Growing community mental health investment in DACH and MENA reflects shifting care models from institutional to community-based settings.
