Demand Planning Manager

Demand Planning Managers develop and maintain statistical demand forecasts, collaborate with sales and marketing teams to incorporate market intelligence into forecasts, manage consensus forecast processes, and measure forecast accuracy to drive continuous improvement in supply chain planning performance. They work with advanced planning systems (SAP APO, Oracle Demantra, Blue Yonder), apply machine learning to improve forecast algorithms, and chair demand review meetings in S&OP processes. Manufacturing, FMCG, and pharmaceutical companies are major employers.
