Drilling Engineer

Drilling Engineers design and manage the drilling programs for oil and gas wells, selecting drilling technology, designing well trajectories, specifying casing programs, and ensuring safe, efficient well construction within budget and schedule targets. They work with directional drilling contractors, mud engineers, and completion teams to deliver wells that meet production and safety objectives. This is a core upstream engineering role in the Gulf where NEOM, ADNOC, and Aramco drilling programs demand large numbers of qualified professionals.
