Hardware Security Engineer

Hardware Security Engineers design and evaluate the security properties of electronic hardware including secure enclaves, trusted platform modules, cryptographic accelerators, and physically unclonable functions that provide tamper-resistant security foundations for digital systems. They assess hardware vulnerabilities including side-channel attacks, fault injection, and debug interface exploitation, designing countermeasures and conducting security evaluations to standards such as Common Criteria and FIPS 140. Critical for connected vehicle, IoT, payment terminal, and defense electronics applications.
