Land Acquisition Specialist

Land Acquisition Specialists identify, evaluate, and secure development sites for residential, commercial, and industrial real estate development projects, conducting feasibility studies, negotiating purchase agreements, managing planning due diligence, and coordinating legal and technical consultants through the site acquisition process. They build relationships with landowners, agents, and local authorities to access off-market opportunities. Residential developers, commercial developers, and logistics facility developers in DACH and Gulf markets are primary employers.
