Open Banking Specialists design and implement API-based banking data sharing and payment initiation services under PSD2/PSD3 in Europe and emerging open banking frameworks in MENA, enabling third-party financial service providers to access bank customer data and payment capabilities with customer consent. They manage API gateway design, TPP onboarding, consent management, and regulatory compliance for both banks (ASPSPs) and fintech applicants (AISPs, PISPs). Saudi Arabia's SAMA open banking framework and UAE's emerging framework are creating MENA demand.
