Port Operations Manager

Port Operations Managers oversee the efficient and safe movement of cargo, vessels, and vehicles through port facilities, managing stevedoring operations, terminal equipment, berth scheduling, customs coordination, and labor in compliance with maritime safety and security regulations. They optimize throughput, reduce vessel turn times, and manage the complex logistics of container, bulk, and RoRo cargo handling. Major MENA ports (Jebel Ali, King Abdulaziz Port, Khalifa Industrial Zone) and European ports (Hamburg, Rotterdam, Marseille) are primary employers.
