Social Impact Analyst

Social Impact Analysts measure, evaluate, and communicate the social value created by organizations, programs, and investments using frameworks such as SROI (Social Return on Investment), IRIS+, and impact management principles to provide evidence of social outcomes for funders, investors, and policymakers. They design theory of change frameworks, collect and analyze impact data, and produce impact reports that support organizational learning and accountability. Growing impact investing ecosystem and mandatory social reporting requirements are expanding demand for this analytical specialty.
