Upstream Production Engineer

Upstream Production Engineers optimize the performance of producing oil and gas wells and surface facilities, monitoring well data, designing and implementing production enhancement techniques such as artificial lift and workovers, and troubleshooting declining production. They work closely with reservoir, drilling, and facilities engineering teams to maximize field production rates and recover maximum reserves economically. This foundational petroleum engineering role is in constant demand across Gulf NOCs and international operators.
