Well Completion Engineer

Well Completion Engineers design and supervise the completion and stimulation of oil and gas wells, selecting perforation strategies, stimulation treatments such as hydraulic fracturing and acid stimulation, and completion equipment configurations that maximize well productivity. They work with drilling and production teams from post-drilling through handover to production, ensuring completions meet reservoir deliverability targets. This specialty is in particular demand in tight oil and gas plays and unconventional reservoirs across the MENA region.
