About This Role
SIROCCO is revolutionizing career preparation and recruitment through AI. As Founding Product Manager, you'll be the first PM hire and help define the product organization as we scale. You'll own critical product areas (e.g., AI interview platform, intelligent ATS, or job seeker tools) and drive product vision, strategy, and execution. You'll work directly with founders to shape company direction, prioritize the roadmap, and build products that democratize access to elite career coaching (reducing costs from $200-$500/hour → accessible to everyone). Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle for critical product area(s)
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with founders
- Conduct user research, customer interviews, and market analysis to inform decisions
- Write detailed product specs and user stories for engineering team
- Partner with Engineering on technical feasibility and scope tradeoffs
- Collaborate with Design on user experience and interface design
- Work with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, CS) on launches and enablement
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- 4-7 years product management experience at tech company or startup
- Track record shipping successful products and driving business impact
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to work closely with engineers
- User-centric mindset with experience conducting research and synthesizing insights
- Data-driven decision making with analytical rigor
- Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders and drive consensus
- Startup mentality with comfort navigating ambiguity and rapid change
