As Office Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of our Tunisia office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and creating an environment where our team can do their best work. You'll manage everything from office operations and vendor relationships to employee experience and event coordination. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of Tunisia office operations (facilities, vendors, supplies, IT)
- Coordinate employee onboarding and create welcoming experience for new hires
- Plan and execute company events, team offsites, and social activities
- Manage office budget and vendor relationships to optimize costs
- Ensure health, safety, and compliance with local regulations
- Support HR with employee programs, benefits administration, and culture initiatives
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team and visiting executives
- Serve as first point of contact for office-related questions and issues
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in office management, operations, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
- Problem-solving mindset with resourcefulness and creativity
- Budget management experience and vendor negotiation skills
- Proficiency with office tools (Google Workspace, Slack, project management software)
- Fluency in French and English (Arabic a plus)
