SIROCCO is building the future of AI-powered career preparation and recruitment. As Product Marketer, you'll be the voice of our product to the market and the voice of the market to our product team. You'll craft messaging and positioning that resonates with two distinct audiences: job seekers seeking interview preparation and employers needing intelligent hiring tools. You'll launch new features, enable sales, and drive product adoption through compelling storytelling about how AI can reduce hiring costs by 60% while democratizing access to elite career coaching. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, marketing, and go-to-market strategy in a rapidly growing AI company transforming a $200B+ market.
Responsibilities
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for dual-sided platform
- Lead go-to-market strategy for new feature launches and product releases
- Create sales enablement materials (decks, battlecards, demos, case studies)
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
- Partner with Product on roadmap prioritization based on market insights
- Develop content that educates market about AI-powered recruitment and interview prep
- Enable Customer Success with training, resources, and product adoption playbooks
- Measure and optimize product marketing impact through data and customer feedback
Requirements
- 4-6 years product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, preferably HR tech
- Strong messaging and positioning skills with portfolio of successful launches
- Experience marketing to multiple personas/audiences (B2B and B2C)
- Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data and customer insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaboration skills to partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and CS
- Understanding of B2B buying process and enterprise sales cycles
