Join SIROCCO as we democratize access to elite career coaching through AI. JobInterview.live is transforming how people prepare for interviews and how companies hire talent. As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for companies interested in our AI-powered interview platform. You'll educate prospects about how hyper-realistic AI avatars can reduce hiring costs by 60% while eliminating bias. This is a high-impact role with clear path to Account Executive. We're growing fast (expanding across DACH region, North America, and Europe) and need hungry, coachable SDRs who want to learn enterprise sales at a cutting-edge AI company.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn)
- Research target accounts and build personalized outreach campaigns
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives
- Articulate SIROCCO's value proposition to HR/TA leaders and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and hit daily/weekly activity metrics
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaign effectiveness and messaging
- Learn AI-powered recruitment technology and become a product expert
- Exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and meetings set
Requirements
- 1-2 years of SDR/BDR experience or equivalent customer-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Coachable mindset with hunger to learn and grow into sales career
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting and rejection
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation in remote/hybrid environment
- CRM proficiency and data-driven approach
- Interest in AI technology and HR tech space
