About This Role
Responsibilities
- Own pipeline targets across outbound, inbound, content, events, paid, lifecycle, partnerships, and product-led surfaces.
- Define ICP, messaging, offers, campaigns, attribution, channel ROI, and weekly forecast discipline.
- Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, BDR, AE, and Customer Success on pipeline quality and conversion.
- Build AI-native workflows for account research, personalization, content repurposing, campaign analysis, and enablement.
- Hire and manage the first demand-generation specialists as budget and pipeline justify it.
- Report clearly to leadership on pipeline generated, conversion, source quality, spend, and learning.
Requirements
- 6+ years in demand generation, growth, B2B marketing, founder-led GTM, or revenue leadership.
- Track record building pipeline in B2B SaaS or a complex consultative product.
- Strong enterprise or upper-mid-market instincts and comfort partnering tightly with sales.
- Hands-on ability to write the brief, ship the campaign, inspect the dashboard, and improve the sequence.
- Practical AI mindset for research, content, outbound, ops, and analytics.
- French and English fluency. Arabic or German is a plus.
