Product Designer, Assess & Candidate Experience

About This Role

Responsibilities

• Design candidate, recruiter, assessment, reporting, and opportunity experiences from concept to shipped UI.
• Create interaction patterns for evidence-linked reports, transparency records, and verified profile sharing.
• Improve the visual system across dashboard, manage, opportunities, and assessment surfaces.
• Run lightweight user research with candidates, recruiters, managers, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Work closely with engineering to ship responsive, accessible, polished UI.
• Maintain design quality while the product grows quickly after fundraise.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience for web or SaaS products.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking, not only visual polish.
• Comfort designing dense operational tools as well as candidate-facing experiences.
• Good instincts for accessibility, responsive design, information architecture, and design systems.
• Interest in AI, HR tech, assessment, trust, or explainability.
• Ability to communicate decisions clearly and work directly with founders and engineers.
