We're combining hyper-realistic AI avatars, advanced AI models, and proprietary explainability algorithms to transform a $200B+ market. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll take technical leadership on critical product areas, mentor junior engineers, and shape our engineering culture. You'll work on complex challenges like real-time AI avatar interactions with <300ms latency, intelligent resume parsing with AI explainability, and scalable infrastructure serving thousands of concurrent interview sessions. Join us in democratizing access to career coaching (reducing costs from $200-$500/hour to accessible pricing) while building world-class engineering at an AI-first company.
Responsabilités
- Own critical product areas and drive technical architecture decisions
- Lead design and implementation of complex features across full stack
- Integrate advanced AI capabilities (multi-modal AI, real-time voice, video streaming)
- Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of production systems
- Mentor engineers and elevate team technical skills through reviews and pairing
- Collaborate with Product on technical feasibility and scope estimation
- Drive engineering best practices, testing strategies, and code quality
- On-call rotation for production incidents and critical bug fixes
Exigences
- 5-8 years professional software engineering experience
- Deep expertise in modern web development (TypeScript, React, Next.js)
- Strong system design skills and experience with scalable architectures
- Track record of shipping high-quality products at scale
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into production applications
- Solid understanding of databases, caching, and performance optimization
- Leadership skills with ability to mentor and influence technical direction
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
