Customer Success Manager, AI Workflows & Integrations

Responsabilités

• Support implementation and adoption of AI interview workflows, assessment campaigns, integrations, and API usage.
• Translate customer workflows into campaign configuration, trigger rules, and integration requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues across assessment delivery, candidate experience, ATS sync, webhooks, and reporting.
• Create technical enablement materials for customers, resellers, and internal GTM teammates.
• Partner with Engineering on recurring integration pain points and customer-requested automation.
• Help customers understand integrity signals, evidence-linked reports, and human oversight workflows.

Exigences

• 3+ years in technical customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, support engineering, or B2B SaaS operations.
• Comfort discussing APIs, webhooks, integrations, data flows, and product configuration with technical and non-technical users.
• Strong customer communication and ability to stay calm during launch pressure.
• Interest in AI workflows, HR tech, assessment, and responsible automation.
• French and English fluency. Arabic or German is a plus.
• Strong ownership and ability to create repeatable playbooks from messy early customer needs.
