Responsabilités

• Own engineering planning and delivery for ASSESS, integrations, opportunities, and candidate profile workstreams.
• Lead technical design for high-risk areas such as scoring, audit trails, security, privacy, and integrations.
• Stay hands-on in code while mentoring engineers and reviewing critical implementation choices.
• Coordinate with AI science, product, customer success, and GTM to keep build priorities tied to market proof.
• Build engineering rituals around quality gates, observability, incident response, and technical debt control.
• Hire and onboard the next wave of engineering talent after the fundraise.

Exigences

• 7+ years of engineering experience, including technical leadership in a product company.
• Strong full-stack architecture judgment across TypeScript, React, APIs, databases, cloud, and AI integrations.
• Experience shipping systems where data privacy, security, and operational correctness matter.
• Ability to lead by doing: writing code, reviewing designs, unblocking teammates, and clarifying priorities.
• Comfort with startup ambiguity, customer pressure, and founder-level accountability.
• Clear written communication and strong product instincts.
