As a Software Engineer, you'll work across our modern stack (Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Prisma) building features that directly impact users' career success. You'll ship code that powers hyper-realistic AI avatar interviews, intelligent resume analysis, and our industry-first AI explainability layer. This is a high-impact role at an early-stage company where your code reaches thousands of users and shapes the future of a $200B+ market.
Responsabilités
- Build and ship product features across full stack (Next.js/React frontend, API routes, database)
- Integrate AI models into seamless user experiences
- Collaborate with Product and Design on feature specs and technical architecture
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following best practices
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering culture
- Debug production issues and optimize performance/reliability
- Contribute to technical decisions and architectural evolution
- Work in fast-paced environment shipping features weekly
Exigences
- 2-4 years professional software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern web frameworks
- Experience with React and Next.js (or similar SSR frameworks)
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and database design
- Comfort working across full stack (frontend, backend, database)
- Strong CS fundamentals and problem-solving skills
- Self-directed with ability to own projects end-to-end
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
