About This Role

Responsibilities

• Approve validation and calibration plans for the two flagship assessment batteries.
• Review sample-size simulations, model choice, fit, parameter recovery, reliability, and subgroup analysis.
• Review the technical manual, fairness reports, and buyer-facing scientific claims.
• Define promotion and rollback criteria for items and scoring models.
• Participate in selected enterprise diligence and investor conversations.
• Maintain documented scientific-review decisions and conflicts of interest.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in psychometrics, I/O psychology, quantitative psychology, educational measurement, or a closely related field.
• Substantial applied experience with validation, reliability, IRT or modern measurement, DIF, fairness, and technical documentation.
• Ability to challenge product and commercial claims and document limitations clearly.
• Experience reviewing or designing high-stakes assessment programs.
• Professional English. French is a major advantage.
• No unmanaged conflict with a direct assessment-platform competitor.
